This piece I followed a free video tutorial from Digital-Tutors which came with issue 102 of imagineFX.
The tutorial was on doing speed painting.

Nice job! I think the only aspect of this that takes away the overall "realism" of this piece are the clouds. They seem very thin and nonexistent, so I think a bit more weight added to them as well as white and pink hues (to match the sunset/sunrise background) would have fleshed them out a bit more.
Other than that, great job! The rocks look pretty awesome, and the view of the sun is amazing <3
